Our Program

What We Do

Helping Hands Coalition connects people across rural NW Lane County with practical resources, personal guidance, and essential support to help build healthier, more stable lives.

Real Resources. Personal Guidance. A Path Forward.

We run eight programs out of four service centers: social services and resource navigation, case management, pharmacy support, essential services, nutrition services, health behavior education, tobacco cessation, and harm reduction and suicide prevention.

Every one of them is free, requires no ID and no proof of income, and is staffed by neighbours who live in the communities they serve.
